This is all it takes to make me happy: a blue sky, a blue ocean, and a ship traveling along the horizon, in the far distance.

Template Change!
I've changed the template of this Life Art blog of mine.
The colour is a bit weird, but I like the pink hue. Does it matter that I'm x or y or xx or xy???? Colour is a mixture of electromagnetic frequencies, and I like those frequencies which are represented by the term "pink". Blah blah blah.
Hope I can manage to entertain you with my thoughts. Please note that "Generation 50plus" is my main blog.

What I like to read:
My alltime favourite is a book series written by Kathrene Pinkerton: "Wilderness Wife" (among others). It's an autobiography of a woman who decides to move to the Canadian wilderness with her husband. His doctor recommended the move because of an health issue which he had developed when he worked as a journalist. They lived for five years in a log cabin in the wilderness. Making a living as writers.
I don't know what you like to read, but if you are interested in the wilderness, unusual lifestyle, and relationship with a partner then you ought to get hold of her books.
Another book she's written is "Two Ends to Our Shoestring", a more general autobiography, describing how she found her husband Robert, how they traveled the States in search of a future, and so on. A third biography (!) "Three's a Crew" describes her life on their boat, where they lived for another 7 years after leaving the bush, together with their daughter Bobs. All these books and her and her husbands novels are well worth reading. They should be available at abebooks.com, at least that's where I got them. Usually paying more for p&p than for the books themselves, lol.
